When Hannah and Aaron approached us to help bring their dream European summer garden wedding to life, we knew it was going to be something truly special. They chose our Styling and Coordination package, and together, we created a wedding that captured the essence of a summer garden celebration—elegant, relaxed, and filled with romantic charm. We worked closely with them to bring their ideas to life, from florals to décor, ensuring every detail reflected their style and the serene elegance they wanted for their big day.
One of the most personal touches we included was working with our talented stationery designer to bring Hannah’s Mum’s hand-drawn sketches to life. These beautiful sketches were incorporated into the signage and other elements, adding a meaningful and unique touch that made the day even more special for the couple. It was the perfect way to pay tribute to family and infuse the wedding with heartfelt details that would be cherished forever.
The ceremony was set in the stunning olive grove at Lloyd Brothers. Surrounded by gorgeous florals that added depth and beauty to the natural surroundings. The couple exchanged their vows beneath the olive trees, with lush floral arrangements framing the moment. The garden-like atmosphere created a serene, romantic space, where guests could witness their love surrounded by the beauty of nature.
For the reception, our couple chose to sit amongst their guests rather than at a traditional wedding party table. This choice was important to them, as they wanted to feel connected to everyone throughout the evening. To make sure they had that elevated experience, we designed a stunning floral display behind them to frame their seating area, adding an extra layer of elegance and creating a beautiful focal point for the reception. The lush florals not only defined the space but also brought a touch of luxury to their seating arrangement.
We focused on making the reception space feel cozy and inviting, despite its large size. With smaller wedding numbers, it was important to create a setting where everyone felt connected. Our design plan incorporated a thoughtful layout and carefully considered lighting that helped transform the venue into a warm, welcoming space. The strategic placement of soft lighting and floral arrangements ensured the space felt intimate, while still allowing the grandeur of the venue to shine through.
Working with Hannah and Aaron was an absolute joy. The 16 months of planning together were filled with creativity, collaboration, and a shared vision for their dream wedding.
