Beresford Estate has just earned a permanent place on our most loved venue list. And after being part of Madeline and Andrew’s wedding there, it is not hard to understand why.
Madeline came to us with a vision she had already fallen in love with. Black and white, generous drapery cascading through the space, rich velvet, an atmosphere that felt genuinely elevated rather than just dressed up. She knew what she wanted. What she needed was someone to carry it, so that by the time her wedding day arrived, she could simply be there for it. No logistics running through her head, no last minute decisions to make, no mental load pulling her out of the moment. Just her, Andrew, and the day they had been looking forward to.
That is a brief we take seriously.
The experience she envisioned for her guests was considered from the very first moment. An oyster bar on arrival. A live fashion illustrator capturing their wedding party and guests as the evening unfolded. Every detail is layered with intention and elevated.
But there was one moment nobody knew was coming. Nobody except Madeline’s parents, and us.
Over the months of planning, we worked quietly alongside her parents to arrange something that had been close to Madeline’s heart for a long time. When multiple ARIA Award winning Australian artist Matt Corby walked out and took to the mic, the room stilled. Madeline had no idea. For one song, it was just the two of them on the dancefloor, their own private moment inside a room full of the people they love most, until slowly, one by one, their entire wedding joined them.
