Mia knew what she wanted. Modern, edgy, and completely her own. Her palette of olive, burgundy, pops of red, black and silver gave us so much to work with. Rich and moody, with a confidence that felt genuinely considered. Wanting olive green to feature throughout the day, we immediately knew olive velvet was the way to do it. Velvet that elevates a space in a way very few other materials can, and in this palette it was everything. That velvet became the thread we followed through every corner of the design. The ceremony, the marquee walling, the wishing well, the napkins. Not repeated for the sake of it, but placed with intention. Every detail helped create a cohesive world for Mia and George to step into.

Whites Valley Estate, Mia’s family vineyard in the Adelaide Hills, made being chosen to design their wedding especially meaningful. A vast open lawn, incredible natural surroundings, and a blank canvas that rewarded every creative decision we made. For a 250-guest dry hire wedding on private property, the design has to work hard and hold together from every angle. This one did.

What made the process so enjoyable was Mia herself. She came to us with a clear vision and a trust in the creative process that made collaboration genuinely exciting. In her own words, she felt completely supported throughout, and that we connected her with vendors who truly understood her style and ensured every detail came together perfectly. That kind of trust is what allows a design to become something truly special. Watching it all come together on the day was one of the highlights of our year so far.
